NCP Appeal - POPLA Code Received - won

Hello,

NCP parking charge noticed given. As suggested, the appeal was sent to them and rejected. They have given a POPLA code in the rejection letter. The letter is scanned and attached.



Appeal Rejection email points

'Thank you for your recent correspondence regarding the above notice number. We have considered the case carefully and have decided to reject your appeal on the following grounds;

The Automatic Number Plate Recognition service has recorded that the parking session for your vehicle was not paid for within the stipulated time. If you would like to see stills from the footage of your leaving please provide a full, valid postal address.'

Nice to know, so because the date of notice is 22nd as 16 days after the event the ticket is invalid? Also the notice doesn't state the duration of the stay. Would these two be enough for an appeal? Thanks In advance

NCP Ltd have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
