I was in the car park for 41 minutes. I purchased the ticket, however my ticket has my numeric number printed and not the full registration number.

I have the ticket as the merchant "Mor Foods" sent me the ticket (which was redeemed against shopping.

#Ion, I read from your emails you are in possession of an email as well from Ealing Council which talks about the signage as invalid. Can you please send this email as well from Ealing Council in addition to the Popla Appeal Template used by yourself. Since it was the same car park I used as yours, I am sure the grounds you used for appeal can be useful for me.
