  • **WON!!!!!!!** PCM (uk) ltd Gladstones court

I have a summons for exactly the same offence. Although I was literally there for less than 5 minutes and they did not even attach a PCN to my car.. I got one in the post.

I don't think that Cybertots nursery own these spaces, I have asked them and they said they don't

Re: Court Claim Form / PCM (UK) Ltd / Brentford Sainsburys - HELP!

Hi, I have today received a county court claim form submitted by Gladsones Solicitors on behalf of Parking Control Management
for the same offence as in this thread

In the 'Particulars of Claim' they have simply quoted the PCN Number with no supporting evidence or a 'Concise statement of the nature of the claim'

They have also Stated that the amount owed is £150.00 plus interest (plus court fee & Legal costs of £75.00) In none of their claims has a figure of £150 been quoted until now. It was originally £100.00, reduced to £60.00 if paid within 14 days.

I had received a letter from a company last year (DRP Debt Recovery Plus Ltd) in relation to this which stated the figure was £160.00 !

I had originally appealed the penalty as the signage was not clear (or prominent) and was also confused by additional signed placed there by another company in addition to the fact that I was not there long enough for them to even issue a ticket!

I have photographic evidence that the signage was not clear or prominent and also the fact that there were additional signs present which WERE visible and contradict the PCM signs ..

    Any advice?

Is there a way to contact you directly?

I don't want to post ALL of the details on here as the images are relevant to me only

Not really, no as it's not allowed on Legalbeagles. You should sanitise them as a matter of course though no matter how you transmit them to someone you don't know.

I can sanitise the official documents, , the IAS appeal, the court papers etc that's no problem.

My issue is that if I post the supporting pictures then other people could copy them and use as their own ..

I don't see why that bothers you but you can add/edit any defence i propose to include bits you haven't shown.

Hi, I don't remember exactly what I put in the appeal and I can't see this documented anywhere.

I had obviously admitted that I was there (for no more than 5 minutes) and that the sign they claim I was parked in from of is not prominent .

In fact it was in a landscaped area and I would have had to climb over a wall and hedge to ready it .. They have since relocated the sign so it is ow mor visible
