Whilst it is always wise to check, they be in a world of trouble if they pulled a stunt like that. Roseanna Breaks or Rachel Ledson would be disciplined by the SRA for starters.

The courts are usually behind. If it's not a complete ballache, turn up but it's really not that necessary.

      Hello All,

Sorry I know its been a while since the last post.

I have attached the letter I recieved from the court...woohoo

Then I wrote to PE asking them to cover my costs within 7 days (whilst quoting the Willers vs Gubay) case...and suprise suprise...no response from them within 7 days!

Now I've written to the Bow County Court itself and have had no response. First time Ive not had a response within a couple of days. Are they also going to play hard ball? Should I email the original Nottingham court people and ask them to contact Distric Judge Pigram for me?

      Please advise...

I'd just call the court and see what they say or if they even got the letter.

              Hello lovely people,

Below is the latest response from Parking Eye. Still no response from courts. Have tried numerous times over the phone but nobody answers phones or emails and letters for that matter!

              Dear Penny,

              Thank you for your email.

ParkingEye disputes the allegation that we have behaved unreasonably during these proceedings.

We would refer you to the Order of District Judge Pigram dated 1 August 2016, which details that the claim has now concluded with no order being made in relation to costs.

Please note that we will oppose any application you seek to make for your costs under CPR 27.14 and that, in any event, the sum referred to within your recent correspondence is wholly disproportionate to the issued claim.

              Yours sincerely,

              ParkingEye Enforcement Team

Anybody think £200 for costs is 'wholly 'disproportionate? Plus what would be the next best course of action beagles?

              Love Penny x
