  • Smart paring pcn - luton - flowers way

    Hi Legal Beagles,

I am hoping you can help me. I received a PCN from Smart Parking for £100 (reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days). This is a lot of money to me so wanted your advice on what, if anything, I can do.

The driver Parked at the car park on Saturday at 10.31pm and didn't have change so I went to the cash point and then to the pub ) to get change. The driver then returned to the car park at 12.15am and paid £4 for the time they had been there before and the two hours they stayed after this. They have the receipt saying they paid for 4 hours of parking from 12.15 until 4.14am (I left around 3am).

Is their anything I can do about this?

    Thanks

The driver paid for parking (see attached receipt).
