Re: PCN on MY allocated parking space!!!

This is very long. I was trying to make it pretty when I noticed that On page 1, near the end, you write "6(1)The second condition is that the creditor (or a person acting for or on behalf of the creditor)— " I see it is corresponding to the a and B mentioned earlier, but shouldn't we just write the end again? It looks weird to have a sentence with no end.
Or did you copy that to emphasis that the word "creditor" has to be used in the notice to be able to identify who is the said creditor?

              Your question is no.

At number 4 it says breached but should say breach.

Re: PCN on MY allocated parking space!!!

                    Hi again,

I was just on the Popla website in the process to file that appeal.

I notice at the beginning they ask you to click on the reason why you appeal.
I clicked on the one on the first page stating "I was not improperly parked"
Then on the next page "your permit was clearly displayed"
Then "You were parked in a area in which you were free to park", which is kind of part 2 of the written appeal.

There is also the possibility to click "the terms and conditions of the car park were not properly signed", should I?

That doesn't encompass point 1 of the appeal which is keeper liability, there is a box marked as "other" but it doesn't seem to be asking for other reasons.

                    I stopped there

Also something elese that I thought about. We are saying that the parking space is given to me by way of lease, should I include that paper from my landlady stating that? Keeping in mind that it is not on the real contract but on an annex stating items coming with the flat. I don't want to do more damages than good with that...

                    Thanks

Great. Should I include that paper stating that the parking space is mine to use? (As I said I am not too sure as this is not written in the contract but on a separate sheet, dated and signed nonetheless)

When they lodge evidence you get 7 days to respond. This is a vital step in the process.
