• PLEASE HELP :( Assistance required with POPLA appeal - won

    Hey M1,

Thank you for helping me last time with my parking appeal.

Here I am again today, in need of more assistance. On September 10th I was at B&Q car park and parked in between two bays. I was returning and purchasing door architraves, which were high in length (almost 2.5m in length). It was half an hour before closing and the car park was mostly empty. The reason for parking in between bays is to avoid having to damage my vehicle or any vehicles parked by me while loading and unloading, and to save space for clearance on my return. I had received a parking ticket that night and had appealed using one of the templates you had sent me on my last parking charge.

I have already submitted an appeal to POPLA in regards to this, UKPC had submitted a very long appeal against me yesterday. Now, POPLA have asked me to add any further comments which may help my case. I must submit additional notes within 7 days from yesterday. Would you be able to advise me on any points which are crucial to mention in order to win this challenge? I am able to send you the PDF file which POPLA has sent me containing all correspondence between myself and UKPC. However, because it contains personal information, can I request a personal method of sending?

Send it to Amethyst or Kati and they can either put it up sanitised or get it to me as they see fit.

Have you contacted the manager at B&Q ?

Re: PLEASE HELP Assistance required with POPLA appeal

Hey guys, POPLA just approved our appeal based on UKPC not being able to provide written document confirming authority over land. The notice served was labelled invalid.

              Thanks a million guys!! Hero's!
