Hi Mystery, 2 weeks until court date. Just a query really as I'm unsure about this. Our Chorley friends sent me a defence pack late last month detailing a blanked out contract, Supreme Court etc and it looks like they have sent the same copy to the court. Yesterday, I got another defence pack with the witness statement, more photos and the same pack within the pack. Is this allowed or do they have to submit with the court via the N form? Also, they mention that the LPC advocate will be given transcripts for the day and nothing is in the pack relating to it. Can you confirm whether they can do that?

Can you post them up ? (not court transcripts though) or email Kati or Amethyst to do it. I will probably be around most of tomorrow but not monday or tuesday as i'm working.
