Re: Premier Park - POPLA?

    That's promising!

Section D for the DVLA details was totally empty other than that single line. I did not redact anything from that page.

Also noticed they requested a stay / hold on the hearing until after the Parking Eye vs. Beavis case has been heard.

Also rather frustrating how they are saying that I entered the vehicle reg incorrectly! Stating that I entered a 0 (zero) instead of a O! What I entered is correct.... Hmm..

Just let it ride. They haven't entered a contract to prove standing. They'll lose if previous popla decisions are anything to go by (new popla)

Hey mystery1 - So a month on and my appeal is still stuck! Looks like their system does not automatically continue if you do not comment on the operators appeal. Have you seen this with others?

Just wondering if I just leave this blank and submit it, or to call them about it.

              Re: Premier Park - POPLA?

There seems to be a rather surprising lack of popla decisions at the moment, across the board.

I had expected some results now as many people reported getting the operators evidence. Not one has apparently been decided although some people never report results and some more take ages to do so. The results thread on MSE is also dead though so it's likely nothing is happening.

                Re: Premier Park - POPLA?

Just wanted to update on this! I cannot believe it but the POPLA appeal is still 'stuck' in the awaiting my feedback state!

It's a question of either I just submit a blank form, or just leave it and wait for them to figure it out?

                  Re: Premier Park - POPLA?

I'd be tempted to press the space bar and hit enter just to nudge it along, hopefully.

                    Re: Premier Park - POPLA?

Would not allow space bar, so must entered 'no further comments to add' and pressed submit! It went through and got an appeal decision within 24 hours.

It was successful! On the grounds of proof to operate on the land.

M1 - Thanks so much for all your support with this! Greatly appreciated!
