Smart Parking - Nuneaton -Won

Hi. I would be grateful for any help that you could provide.

I have received 2 PCNs from Smart Parking, as per the attachments.
The PCNs were received in separate envelopes on 2/9. Both are dated 28/8. One relates to a contravention on 18/8 and the other on 21/8.

Was it dark at the time ? (looks it from photos but they may have been manipulated to make the Reg stand out).

No, it wasn't dark.

The times 'in' and 'out' were;

18/8 - 06:42 and 08:25
21/8 - 06:39 and 08:27

The photos attached are from photocopies of the original PCNs, but the originals are very dark photographs in black and white.

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9. It did not arrive within 14 days.
