well its been 32 days since I lodge the appeal, still no response, the site says the popla assessment is in progress, and the operator submitted evidence on the 01/01/0001!

well......
called POPLA for the 2nd time today, the dead line for the parking company to submit their case file expired on Monday, POPLA haven't received it, but POPLA still haven't processed the appeal......

still no response from popla.

have chased them several times by phone and email, all I get is "very busy" and "with assessor" even though the parking operator didn't submit the case file to popla by the limit of 23rd Nov as now 4 weeks gone!

Appeal successful!! (mainly due to NPE not submitting evidence!!)
