Hi all,

I will need your help challenging the fine I just found in the post box returning from holiday

I think I am still within the challenging date.
Please give me an idea what to write in my appeal!

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver did not see any signs. I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9.

I think there are signs there, this was in front of ASDA shop but there were lots of other shops and due to very busy period moving the car around from shop to shop was very difficult, and with 2 kids dragging around almost impossible

I will let you know what their answer is.

I know they'll tell you to get stuffed but it's the popla code we need.

Should also say to complain to the retailer management which can yield results.
