Re: MET Parking charge at McDonalds Gatwick Airport.

Thanks M1, just a couple of questions. You have mentioned an attached photo, but I don't have one, neither have i or the driver been back to check to the car park, as it is the other side of the country! Should I leave these out, or is there a picture available for this car park that I could attach?

Should the statement be made that the keeper is not the driver so categorically, or say something like, the keeper has not disclosed who the driver was on this occasion?

    Thanks once again,

    Sue

Re: MET Parking charge at McDonalds Gatwick Airport.

I got my email this morning.

It seems MET parking didn't bother responding to POPLA so they have no choice but to find in my favour. :tinysmile_twink_t2:

Now that's one for the little guys.

            Fingers crossed for you.

            Thanks mystery1

                      Lol....an 8 year(ish) old thread?
                      Really?
You need to source the Supreme Court case of Parkingeye v Beavis (2015).
                      Google it.

                        Hi all,
I'm new here and need advice and hep if possible.

I recieved a PCN from MET for overstaying. I appealed by explaining my circumstances but they rejected so now at POPLA. If you'd be so kind as to help me prepare a reply.

i went with 5 children under 10 one a baby with a broken leg in a cast and overstayed (120 mins instead of 80 mins limit). Told them my children needed the toilet after wed been to both shops (shared car park.

I'm not the keeper but I've replied saying i was a customer. Have i failed already?

                          Hi,
I'm new here...in desperate need of help.

I received a PCN fir overstaying in a sgared car oark between McDobalds and Krispy Kreme. Its free to park for 80 minutes i stayed 120 because i went to both shops with 5 young children wi all needed the toilet as we were leaving (I told them this in the appeal but they rejected.) I've decided to go to POPLA

I initially appealed without the keeper template (I've only just discovered this now) and gave my name an explanation even though Im not the registered keeper. Do I still have a chance of winning at POPLA?

                          Thank you,

APap welcome, but please start your own thread.
When you do post up a copy of the parking charge notice and if possible the signs at the car park.
However it is not looking good from your viewpoint
