            The letter says...this information will be passed to the court who will update their records in due course. Please pie aware that this matter may take some time to be fully processed as the court currently works in arrears"
            Should I write to the court with a copy of the letter?
            what brought this about M1.... Any idea?

              Re: Parking eye...help needed - won

              No idea. It costs them more than they can win and perhaps the chances of losing were too high ?

              Some companies have been known to lie but i'd say since it's in writing and quite far in advance it's probably real. Writing is a waste. Phone them daily until they confirm/deny. Write down the name

                  Re: Parking eye...help needed - won

                  Excellent news. The 3rd case of PE throwing in the towel this week.

                  Perhaps someone has pointed out that even if they win, they are £200 down for each case that goes to a hearing. There are 7 days until their next accounts are out so this could get interesting. They were forecasting £8m profit on £26m turnover |(although their financial year has changed and these accounts are for 16 months, not 12);
