Hi, I've joined this site as I need help with a "letter before county court claim". Is there a standard letter to respond to this. I've been turned down on my appeal when my case was heard at a tribunal!
I always parked in this hotel and paid at reception when I returned to my car. This day, reception was shut so I was told to pay via my phone. I'd been there for an hour and once my details were registered I couldn't pay retrospectively so paid for an hour and left. I'm now being told I didn't pay from when I arrived so have a demand for £100.

It doesn't really matter to me but it is best if you keep your personal info to yourself. Name, address, reg number.

can any one please advise me how to deal with a letter before county court claim. I have acknowledged this letter but what do I do next please?

What M1 is asking you to do is post up a copy of the letter you received (minus your personal details) so that he can help you appeal it

Hi @Marisa - I got your mail and have taken off the remaining identifying bits for you Would you be able to type out the POC for us please (There's a bit we can't read under the piece of paper)? Also could you email me pictures of the signs, scans of any letters you received before the LBA (if you can get them) @mystery1 ... can you look at this?
