Parking eye ticket - won

I parked in Matalan for 3 hours when it was 2 hour max stay because I'm a doilum and had a parking letter though from parking eye £60 or 14 days £100 ect what do I do I was driving but I'm only a named driver? If that helps cheers!

Either pay, ignore (risk of court action) or appeal.

I'd appeal.

Dear Sirs,




I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver did not see any signs. In any event your charges are penal in nature and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.




I am under no statutory obligation to name the driver and will not do so.




If you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.
