No I didn't know I had to, I got a pack with loads of stuff quoted in it. Do I just argue it's unfair? I'm scared! Are they likely to turn up?

Got back yesterday to a letter from the court. They said that the fees hadn't been paid therefore it had been struck out. Will this be the end?
