Don't panic. A while until a potential hearing and they are unlikely to turn up for it.

Don't worry, better to ask than ignore and make a backside of it.

      1 copy to both.

            Just arrange it.

At mediation you'll know what you want and will refuse anything else. If you don't reach agreement (most likely unless they are very generous and drop it or you are very generous and pay something.Neither is likely)

Then we go to court as planned.

Thanks for quick reply, so at mediation I could offer £10 and stick to my guns and see what happens?

Yes. You could also offer that they drop it and nobody gets costs and stick to your guns. That, of course, is your call to make as i have no idea what suits you

Will it be over the phone or face to face (I'm feeling really nervous) so I will suggest that the case is dropped then no one incurs costs, if they declined that I would make a token gesture of £10 to save court and anything else will continue to proceed to court?
sorry for all the questions, I don't want to get it wrong
                  thanks

3 way phone conversation. You and Deal never speak to each other.

Ok thanks, if they won't drop it should I suggest the £10? Will that show willing or will I shoot myself in the foot?

                        Re: Deal county court form

Mediation details don't make the courtroom.

£10, it's your call. Is it worth £10 to get rid of it or are you bloody minded like me

If £10 gets rid of it I'm willing to pay, I'm sick of it! I'll arrange mediation and go from there, thanks

You turn up and argue (if they turn up that is). Did you receive a witness statement from Deal ? Did you submit one of your own ?
