Parking eye appeal - Won

Hi
Can anyone help I have just recieved a parking eye charge notice. I did park in the car park for the time they state however I did also pay via there machine the charge and did not over stay. My problem is I do not have the ticket as I have thrown it away.

Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals procedure. The driver, whom i am under no statutory obligation to name, paid for parking. In any event your charges are penal and not a genuine pre estimate of loss.

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

We refer to the Parking Charge incurred on 30 October 2014 at 14:08:07, at Fistral Beach, Newquay car park.
We can confirm that this Charge has been cancelled and there is no outstanding payment due on this account.
