Private Charge Notice

Received Private Parking Charge. Appealed to company on grounds that they delivered PCN outside relevant period. Company replied saying they had complied. No offer of paying reduced fee or taking appeal to POPLA. Have now received demand for full amount. How do I stand?

So has the identity of the driver been revealed.?

Would help to see a Redacted copy of the PCN, leaving the dates, and the appeal

May not be a member of the BPA and therefore POPLA not an option.
