Parked at crown wharf walsall for 10 minutes no ticket machines working 4 months later get a demand from debt recovery plus for Ł170 what sbould i do?

SAR to parking company

Letter to DRP stating that this is the first you have heard about this matter and you deny a y debt so return the matter to their principal

Was it a hire/lease car?

would help if it was in the correct forum!
