I went to London on 7/2/20 from MK. I bought a £10 all day parking ticket from the ticket machine next to my parking bay, which was valid until 19.29 pm. It stated Napier Parking on the ticket. However, when I returned at 3.45pm I had a penalty notice pinned under my windscreen wipers from a company called Saba.It claimed I had not been displaying a valid ticket. The ticket was clearly displayed on the dashboard and was still valid for a further 3 hours. As there was no phone no to call, I appealed on their co portal. My appeal was immediately rejected. I sent another email to the customer service department at Saba, but they told me that the matter was now out of their hands and had been referred to another company called zzps. I heard nothing until I received a letter from zzps on 30th,June dated 22/6/20. I rang zzps and they told me the matter had been on passed to QDR solicitors. I have had two letters demanding £182.
