CP PLUS PCN > Overstaying a 3 hour limit

Hi All
Received PCN from CP Plus for parking over 3 hours on a retail park shared by a number of retailers but mainly Tesco. Approached Tesco but was told it’s not their land and are therefore unable to help?
looking for latest info on where I stand with having to to pay and what the chances are that CP Plus would go down the Country Court route?
I am the registered Keeper but have not as yet responded or admitted any liability as to who was actually driving

So post up the PCN, suitably redacted but leave dates. Photos of signs would help. Don't identify the driver
