  • PCN at LUTON FLOWERS WAY

    Hello everyone,

I received a PCN through the mail today stating that my car was parked in Luton entering the site at 16:42 to 18:00. I spoke to the driver and they said they arrived and only had Apple Pay (which was obviously not an option) so he went to go charge his phone so he could pay via RingGo.

Once the phone was charge a ticket was paid for from 17:17 to 18:17. Do I have any valid grounds to dispute the claims?

Thank you for any help given.

I have already searched google. Many of the cases are different from mine and as I have no experience fighting PCN. I have only owned my car for 6 months, a lot of this is very new to me.
