LPS have done court (proper) only once so far this year.

Imho I doubt they would try it with this one.

good stuff. Shall I reference what it also says on the pier website about “should never have to pay for parking” or keep that (if it does got to court) as a back-up point for my defence?

I'd just keep it short & sweet for the moment.

Don't give the parking co any more info than necessary.

Re: Local Parking Security - PCN

I received a letter today the 18th dated the 13th. I sent my letter on the 14th dated 13th which was the response to ask them to re read my initial letter.

Today letter tells me they rejected my first letter and included a full POPLA application form. I can only imagine they jumped the gun and sent this before I was able to send my latest letter. Having ours cross in the post. Should I now resend my 2nd letter or hold fast?

So I shouldn’t do anything?! Or should I be now responding to POPLA? Can you please elaborate on these next phases please.

Re: Local Parking Security - PCN

You ignore the parking company and now concentrate on writing to POPLA.

Did you find out about byelaws?

so if I follow this on POPLA I’m not falling into the parking companies trap?

I fired off an email but not had a reply, sent it 2 weeks ago. Will try again I guess.

                      an email to who?

The parking company would prefer you didn't use POPLA so get all you information ready for your POPLA appeal.
