Say to Orbit that you do have permission to park & that surely the parking scheme is to deter unauthorised people, & not to penalise residents.
They may help.....but they might not.

Personally I think that because the site signage is 'forbidding' (ie you cannot park, unless....), you may have a legal defence.
But it is better to avoid going down that route unless you have to.

As previously asked, what date is on the SCS letter?

just spoke with orbit they cant help me and that wkmen was very rude... ill update the date of scs law. i beleave is 23rd of october

There is no court claim atm, so there is nothing to defend.

You should acknowledge asap, & certainly within 19 days of the issue date on the court claim form.
If you don't you could get lumbered with a judgment by default.

When you acknowledge you get 33 days from the date of issue of the claim form to submit your defence. Use the web address and password on the claim form. Gives a bit of breathing space.

i just acknoledge, i beleleave mine main defence would be the time of the photos. UKPC has a policy that they have to do 1st photo of a car where its been parked 20minutes before they put PCN, most of the photos are only my cars number plate and later they have full photos of where the car parked.... but you cannot see any signs around car, as far as i know sign has to be in same photo as the car? thank you
