  • Claim form received - help!

    Hi,

My wife received a claim from from Northampton County Court, the claimant is shown as "Civil Enforcement Limited", the particulars of the claim are limited to say the least and just refers to "outstanding debt & damages". I have acknowledged the claim via Moneyclaim.gov.uk and intend to defend. Any idea what my next steps should be? I have attached a copy of the claim
Any help would be much appreciated

    Mike

      Hi Mystery 1,

Thanks for looking at my post, apologies for delay in responding. My wife was not the driver but im fairly certain it was our daughter as she used to work close by to this area. Our daughter doesnt live with us anymore and we moved from the address the correspondence has been sent to but I recently returned (just in the nick of time) to find the documentation I have posted. I have attached pictures of the signs in the car park.

        HI Mystery 1,

I am not sure if I replied to your message or replied to my own thread? I posted pictures of the signs and some more info, thanks in advance for any advice you can give.

Have you had the particulars of claim yet ? If it gets to 26th let us know if they haven't arrived.

            Hi M1

Yes they were in my original post but they show as "pending approval", do I need to do something to show them?

                Hi M1,

Did you get chance to review this? Is it possible to challenge?

                Regards

Should be fine and "permit holder only" are defendable.

A few to do before you though http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...p?77026-Ignore
