G24 Ltd parking charge

Hi everyone.

Hope you can help me with this. I received this contractual parking charge notice posted 9th March 2017. They have supplied 2 photos of my car parked at Wicks and letter says I had parked my car and left the site. I did go into Wicks and paid cash but cannot find the receipt. What do I do? - do I pay the fine or write to them?

Moan to Wickes would be my advice. They should have a record of your purchase if you can give a rough idea when, what and how much.

As an IPC member any appeals are likely to fail so the manager is really your best shot. Failing that social media for Wickes.
