  • Civil enforcement limited court claim

I have been sent a parking charge bill and now I have been issued with a Civil Enforcement Case from the Business Centre - is this legal? If so do you have a template for proceeding with caution as I did not park in the car park although I visited it, many thanks

Can you sanitise and post the PCN, claim form (don't forget to blank the password), any appeals, signs etc

Hi, I sent another thread regarding this issue but cannot find where it went, it goes into more detail about the charge. There was no pcn notice, just an invoice from the camera security company based in Liverpool, thanks

I see, I can sanitise the correspondence and post as in post on here as a thread? will do once I find the latest correspondence, I don't think I have any of the previous correspondence as it was an invoice that went in the bin once I wrote to them asking them to desist sending me further correspondence as I was not going to pay them!

What I do have now is a civil enforcement notice and an option to appeal, which I shall do if this is a legitimate threat.........
