Also do I need to call the court or anything? I read that it shouldnt leave a mark on your credit report if you pay within 14 days of judgement but no idea how they will know if GLadstone dont tell them

Ring gladstones with your claimant reference which will be on any of your court documents and they'll take payment over the phone. I asked for email receipt. Never recieved it.

When you give them the claimant number it registers as satisfied. Call the court a couple of days later and check its paid but mine was when the appeal went in.

28 days. I also don't think you'll get anything from the court as you were present to hear the result.

If you look on my thread I did get one bit of paper stating who to pay and that the judgement was made on whatever date. That's all I got.

I thought you were promised that by the judge when you were refused permission to appeal and stated you would anyway ? Wouldn't rely on it anyway. If it turns up it's not a problem, if it doesn't it could be a problem if you are waiting for it.

No you're right she never did send the thing she said she would email to me. The thing I got was just the standard court thing that was like the 'we've received your defence' one line style letter. Let me look I think I posted it up.
