Nothing wrong with phoning in those circumstances. Sometimes it's better. There is way to much paranoia on most fora regarding phoning when a claim is underway.

Try inputting anything and see if you get through.

Ok, so particulars received yesterday, stating the car park etc. I am still non the wiser though. No photo sent? Also received a response from SRA asking me to send the claim form signed by Schwartz. where do I go now? Do I send them this?

No reason not to send the SRA the claim form. They could be asking because they have received muliple complaints about Schwartz

Did they mention the charge on the claim form? If so then request a copy of that form. (and anything else mentioned).

          I will do.

The original claim form? Slightly confused by that wording, do you mean charge as in monetary amount owed. And What am I requesting copies of?

The form from the court whith Schwartz's signature/name to the SRA

A copy of the original PCN for the "offence" that started all this off so you know the full basis of the claim

                    One more question,
office@ce-service.co.uk - this is the only email address i can see for Civil enforcement on their website. It says 'for car park abuse' am i better off sending them a paper letter rather than email to this account, to request these original PCNS. x

I have attached the particulars and would be so greatfull if some one would look at them. Read through my self and can't notice any anomalies except the signage bit. The car park in question (barely a car park it's just like the back of a shop) the signage is not obvious at all. I know loads of people who have had tickets off civil enforcement from this car park. (And coughed up) in any case, I still can't confirm if I was the driver on that day though now I have had the particulars through. Over a year ago so I have no clue.

I think you need sight of the original PCN to ascertain that they complied sufficiently with POFA to hold the keeper liable. As you don't know who the driver could have been you have no knowledge of the situation.

I would think that signs not clear, no sign at entrance. What was the location?

They have pleaded Jack shitt about PoFA so it shouldn't matter. I usually point that out just to make it clear

I know where they are referring to. I'm going to look after work to see if there is anything obvious there. Don't think there is though. Its like the back entrance to a row of shops.
I have emailed Civil enforcement for a copy of original documentation. See how long that takes.
