    Ok thanks for the advice.would you be able to draft something for me? I asked how long something like this could be stayed and they said it is indefinite but if they want to lift the stay they would need to pay further fees to do so. It would be unlikely that the judge would allow such a claim to continue is what they said.

    Will they provide something to say this will be discontinued?

      If it's discontinued you'll get a letter from the claimant.

      It can be stayed forever although the court should interject to take it off the books as it just clogs up the system.

      I'll cobble something together at some point when somebody gets a few weeks after the stay and it's clear there are no "administration errors" and the stay is lifted. Give me a shout in June sometime.
