You may get a reply to defence from PE or a directions questionnaire from the court.

Edit that letter as it's now at supreme court awaiting a ruling and hopefully get a stay until the decisions is made.

Fairly straight forward. Choose your local court and yes to mediation (i know it seems pointless but it makes you seem reasonable and if Beavis fails you'll probably want to settle cheaply)

You could also request a stay until Beavis is announced by the supreme court.

I have recieved a court hearing date which is at the start
Of the new year. Is there any steps i should be
taking around now or do i continue to wait
for the hearing to take place. Also what
and how do i prepare for it

The court should have given a timetable. Usually the evidence (witness statements, documents, photos etc) are to be exchanged no later than 14 days before the hearing. Does it say that ?

I'd hang on to hear the Beavis result, due any Wednesday now (but not next week) before doing much.

Apart from what i had entered as a defence (kindly advised by yourself) i do not have anything else. Will this be sufficient or do i need to gather anything else too
