so I submitted my defense on time and I have now recieved a notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track.

There re is a questionnaire attached - is this something that I need to complete? It looks like something for the claimant!

If if anyone could advise on this and the process going forward I would be grateful!

After returning you get more instructions and a hearing date from the court.
