Oh ok for off site. I understand. The phone signal here is not great and this is tricky with poor Internet.
Civil enforcement limited and what is the letter of assignment?

Thank you for your help but I am aware of the time and don't want to keep you. Is it possible to continue this tomorrow afternoon?

I will look for it tonight or tomorrow morning

If you find it it will help you tremendously. It essentially means that civil enforcement limited fecked up big time and a judge is more likely to use discretion and set aside as you are certainly in the discretionary part of set aside rules rather than the mandatory ones.

I will be around but will be out mid afternoon - early evening.

Thank you immensely for your time and kind help. Just speaking to someone has eased a huge portion of stress. I'm a busy dad of four trying to juggle a lot of negative issues at the mo. Until tomorrow then. Cheers

                            Good evening
                            Thanks again for yesterdays help.
I stayed up til 3am hunting for that assignment letter but never found it. I seem to think that my wife maybe binned it and the following correspondence because we were embarrassed at having "Debt collectors" letters in the house in case our kids found them and worried and also whenever my mother in law came to stay we did not want our parents finding them as we were both a bit ashamed of these letters. I will keep looking just in case but I have a feeling that they have gone. It was about 2 years ago and that is why I am a wee bit vague plus I've not had much sleep of late. Could I contact DEAL and quote the ref. no and see if they have me on file and ask them to send the letter again?

Did you get fake/dummy court papers with deal as claimant ?

We might be able to bluff it.
