Those in conflict or torment with CEL/DEAL might like to know, CEL are due to appear on Wednesday 31st March 2015 at ABERDEEN SHERIFF COURT to answer one charge of operating a fraudulent scheme and several Trading Standards charges. Victims might like to know, and be able to make capital out of CEL's habit of failing to apply for planning permission for those pesky cameras. Certainly, Scarborough Borough Council were not asked for Planning Approval for the cameras installed at Co-op's Whitby car park! Question - is "Photographic Evidence" obtained from illegally installed cameras actually real evidence?
