Hi there, i have a county court claim form this was due to over sight of not paying for a parking ticket on a popular pub. I ignored letters because i think the amount for the time i was there ( half hour ) was disproportionate to the actual cost ( £60 then £100 going on to £175 for court ) of a ticket, £1 per hour i think this is which you can redeem at the bar towards meals or drink's of which i bought two. I would appreciate any advice.. thank you

Can you post up all the particulars of claim, letters, notices and signs from the car park that you can without your name, address, reference number or reg number but leaving in the date please.
