Hi guys,
looking for some help with a court claim from CEL issued 17/6/26. Ive acknowledged the claim on MCOL. It was from late last year at the local swimming baths which is free to park you've just got to enter a reg into a screen inside. Was only in the car park 12 mins as we were just signing the kids up to lessons. Id just recently moved and hadn't changed car address over as was in process of selling it so didnt get the letters until a few months later. Complained at swimming baths but because was 5 months ago they said they couldn't do anything. There was a couple of letters off dcb legal then this court claim came a few days ago.
