hi all,
i have received a county court claim from DCB LEGAL LTD on behalf of SMART PARKING LTD, for parking on a local pub car park.
the date of the contravention was 14/08/2022
yes i have parked on here in the past and paid for my parking, i couldn't say if i did pay on this occasion or if i forgot or if i even was there on that date.
the issue date of the claim is 08 may 2026
i acknowledged the claim on 27 may 2026
what should i do now?
how do i get them to prove there claim?
can anyone advise me on how i should go about this.
