CCJ from Parkingeye

I received a notice from DCBL/Parking eye of a parking ticket. I submitted the standard defence guidance from an mse thread hoping the claim would be thrown out. I have since learned that a CCJ has been entered against me. Is there anything I can do to justify getting this set aside?

Did you not return the DQ?
Presumably that was the reason for the Sanctions order, (which was ignored??)
So your defence was struck out.
