    Well if you intend to defend the claim you complete the Directions Questionnaire and follow the courts directions.


    If you want more advice you will need to post up redacted copies of all the documents to see how your defence can be amended

      Just to update this. I contacted DCBL about their settlement. They wanted 210. I got them down to the original PCN amount of £100. They accepted this. I decided that on this occasion, it just wasn't worth the stress.

        if your happy with that OK. these people one day will come under changes when we get real people to act against profiteering.
