  • Help please with PCN

Hi all. Need some help please.
I just got a Claim Form from Nottingham County Court about PCN issued several years ago at a shopping centre car park
From memory the driver parked for a few minutes in a disabled bay.
    - I have acknowledged receipt on-line
    - I have complained to the shopping centre and one of the individual retailers and asked them to cancel ticket
    - I have submitted SAR to the parking firm
What defence do i have ? does unreasonable charge work ? that's all i can think of at the moment...i have 28 days to write defence. what happens if i don't get the SAR data in time ? and even if i do is there any defence against parking in disabled bay without badge that would work ? (i have not been back to check the signage yet, 1. it was so long ago i don't know what signage was then 2. if the signage is correct what defence do i have ? ask to see the contract giving between shopping centre and operator?)

As well as the SAR submit a CPR 31.14 request to the solicitor.

Was the bay well signed? you may be able to get pictures on Google maps,
