    PCN Ticket

    I have been issued a ticket by PCN on a private parking at my own Bay lol cause my parking badge wasn't clear at the window shield. they are refusing my dispute and asking me for the penalty.
    Any advise as I hate paying penalty at my own parking space ?

      It's not a penalty, it's a speculative invoice for an alled breach of conditions
