allegedly i was given a pcn five and a half years ago at a shopping centre. i am disabled and my vehicle is road fund licence exempt which in 2016 was free to park at this centre. ive not received anything from uk parking control until this court letter and they have not controlled parking at the shopping centre since 2018. they have not provided any other information other than my disabled car was ticketed which to best of my knowledge never was. im not sure what to do

ive received a claim form from county court business centre and ukpc have made a claim against me for a ticket they claim they put on my disabled vehicle 5 and a half years ago. been no correspondence prior to 2021 and no ticket was ever put on car. ukpc do not currently deal with the car park and have not since 2018.
what does SAR mean please
vehicle was also road fund licence exempt and im pretty sure at that time it was exempt from charges because of that as that car park had always been to disabled tax exempt vehicles until 2018 and horizon took overComment
