i parked my car on a HX car park paid for the ticket but i never filled in car registration correctly only entering 2 digits, i have received a PCN and threatened with court if not paid, i appealed but my appeal was turned down as i had not fulfilled my contract in entering my registration.I had the car park ticket and sent this to HX as part of my appeal, but it was turned down.
I am awaiting as in the PCN it said i could apply to Independent Appeals Service, which i have now done, but i feel i may have missed some crucial questions i could ask HX as part of my case.
hopefully some guidance would be great
