  • DBC/Highview County Court Claim

Afternoon, I have just received a County Court claim from Highview parking Limited using DCB Legal for their representative for a parking charge received back in 2017. I really have no knowledge of what they are mentioning in the court papers.

Anyway having looked through the forum I am today going to respond to the claim online and not put anything in the defense and then send the SAR to Highview and a CPR to DCB, so thankyou for all the advice on that on here.

I have attached a link to a copy of the claim form for any advice you guys can give on a defense when it comes to it. What surprises me and I do not understand that the details of the PCN has been labelled twice and appear trying to be claiming twice for the same thing.

    Thanks in advance.
