  • County Court Claim Civil ENforcment

    After ignoring several letters from Civil Enforcement Ltd That have decided to Put a claim Form in for a PCN.
    The PCN is relating to charges of pay and display but how do they expect to pay for pay and display when machines do not work.
    I have ignored them up until this letter has arrived

    I have ackknoweled the Claim online on the MOneyclaim.gov.uk on the (28/07/2021) and have chose do defend it

    Has anyone got a template i can use for this Claim please send over if you can

    So we know nothing about it to suggest a defence. How about the original NTK?

    suggest you take down that claim form and remove personal details and the password before reposting

    ignore has not been the advice for 9 years

      Hey sorry i do not have the original NTK

      TBH i took advice from a friend that said ignore it then he referred me to this blog

      Had a look at the case and it seems a bit complex is their anyway you can break it down for me or give me a template please

        We don't know the details so cannot answer

        SAR to CEL for all the details

        Under separate cover CPR 31.14 request to CEL for all the documents they intend to use in court
