  • BW Legal - Premier Park Ltd

    Afternoon!

My sister has landed herself a claim from Premier Park Ltd with BW Legal instructed.

    Claim issued: 14 May 2021
It has been acknowledged (haven’t got the date to hand but I did it in time).

CPR Template issued and response is here.
SAR Issued to Premier Park Ltd - no response yet but they’ve acknowledged it.
    POC's are here - Redacted POCs-edited-compressed.pdf

My sister wasn’t the driver of the vehicle.

I have been to the car park in question and the signage is very poor!

Their response pack contains images of the car in the car park. It didn’t park and the driver did not get out of the car. They were waiting while my sister was collecting fish and chips for her son, she took a little while longer due to her son having a medical need with dietary requirements.

where the sign is upon entering the car park would not be seen as you drive in, the signage in the rest of the car park is small and poor.

I’m posting to start the thread and will be drafting the defence shortly.

    Oli

      Hi All,

I took some shots of the car park. The entrance sign, NB the driver drove in from the left and there is no sign on the right.

I will upload their response to the CPR Request Shortly.

Is the best approach to go with the signage in the car park for a defence??
