  • Privateparkingappeal.co.uk - RIP John Wilkie - Defendant now left to fight on his own

I'd like to start with my condolences to John and PPA family. He was a great man with whom I had the pleasure of working with.

Since his passing, I am now left helpless to continue my fight against tyrannical PCM and Gladstone Solicitor. This case is quite important for car park owners getting fined within their right to park their own cars without getting fined. So I would love to hear who and what help I can get to secure this win.

Late John and I had gotten to first hearing that was adjourned as plaintiff wasn't prepared and subsequent proceeding adjourned back in March to due the pandemic.

Ideally, I would love to have a lay representative help in John's absence as in my view, correct me if I'm wrong, that this case is of significance not to be lost due to its effect on other car park owners mentioned above.

Suggestions are definitely welcome and would be deeply appreciated as I am a newbie in court matters.

    Thank you.
