I don’t recall getting a notice to keeper.

so I am sending a SAR to the lawyers requesting they send me all the information they intend to use against me?

do you think I have a defence?

I didn't suggest a SAR to the lawyers, I suggested a letter demanding all the documents they intend to use in court. They have 30 days to respond to a SAR.

You send a SAR to the Parking company.

          So contact the legals again.

Have you got any documents that mention the additional £60?

I will contact the lawyers again and see if they can send what they intend to use against me. The only documents I have is the PCN. Do you have any ideas of what i can base my defense on? Or shall i just pay the fine? ostell*
